Where do you ship?

We only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, WA, and WI due to the U.S. Domestic Japanese Beetle Harmonization Plan. Our small business does not have the means necessary to comply with the requirement of providing a phytosanitary certification.

Why doesn’t my plant look like it’s alive?

Plants that are purchased from us during the fall and winter months are either dormant roots of an herbaceous perennial or the dormant top and roots of a woody perennial. Dormant plants are not inferior to actively growing plants though they may look so in appearance. They have stored ALL the plant's strength into their roots which gives them a higher survival rate for transplanting. The plants receive less shock because they do not need to spend energy on their leaves nor do they have the need for attentive watering. They are all ready to get nestled into the ground for the winter.

Plants purchased before May will most likely not have new growth yet. We are in Zone 4, and our plants may be further behind the plants in your area.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.

I am not happy with my order. Can I return or exchange it?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of our products. If you are not happy with your order and you want to request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, by emailing us at bumblerootsherbal@gmail.com

You will need to include a description of your issue and pictures of the plant you received to help us address your problem.

Can I request a plant that you do not have listed on the website?

Definitely! We have many plants that we are working to get listed on our site. If there is something you are looking to acquire, please reach out to us. We would be happy to help you.
